Where the Coast Meets Your Cup
Harbor & Co started with a simple idea: great coffee deserves a great view. In 2021, we opened our doors in Bayshore's historic waterfront district, transforming an old fishing supply warehouse into the neighborhood gathering spot we'd always wanted.
Every morning, we roast small batches from our partner farms in Colombia and Ethiopia. Every afternoon, our pastry chef pulls fresh croissants and cookies from the oven. And every day, we welcome neighbors, travelers, and anyone who needs a moment of calm with their caffeine.
We believe a café should be more than a transaction. It's where ideas are born, friendships deepen, and the pace of life slows just enough to savor it.

Direct Trade Coffee
We work directly with family farms in Colombia's Huila region and Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe to source beans that meet our quality standards. Fair prices for farmers mean better coffee in your cup.

Our pastry chef arrives at 4 AM every morning to prepare the day's croissants, muffins, and seasonal treats. By the time you walk in, everything is warm from the oven.
